Online Monthly Reporting — Winners
Monthly reports must be mailed to your sponsor,
as well as submitted electronically to the Calf
Scramble Office, on or before the last day of every
month.
Beginning with the month of June, you are required
to submit a monthly report on your project. You must
devise your own method of record keeping and your
monthly reports should be made in the form of a letter.
These reports, as well as any photographs, folders,
etc., should be mailed to your sponsor.

Your Calf Scramble Project
Each winner receives a $500 Purchase Certificate
to use toward the purchase of a registered beef or
dairy heifer. The animal is part of your year-long
project and must be cared for and prepared for
exhibition at the 2027 Fort Worth Stock Show &
Rodeo.
Your monthly reports help document the progress
of your project and are an important part of the
Calf Scramble program.
