Important Dates

Applications Open October 1, 2026 at 10 a.m.

Entry Submission Deadline November 30, 2026

Rider/Driver Waiver Deadline December 15, 2026

Parade Participant Packet Mailing After January 1, 2027

Convention Center $15 each

Sundance Square $25 each

$4 order fee added to each order.

$6 mail fee per order if mailing is requested.

Entries are limited to 150 organizations from four categories: Riding Clubs/Sheriff's Posses, Floats, Horse Drawn Vehicles, and Bands & Marching Groups.
Applications must be submitted online (preferred), mailed or hand delivered to Stock Show offices no later than November 30.
Faxed or emailed entries will not be accepted.
No late entries will be accepted. If mailing, tracking is highly recommended.
A non-refundable $30 parade application fee must accompany each organization's application. A $1 convenience fee will apply when submitting online.
Application approval is at the sole discretion of the Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show.

All parade participants must review and sign an Individual Participant Release Form. Online submission is preferred.
Participants must carefully read and abide by all Parade rules.
Health Papers: All horses and other equine are required to have proper health papers to participate in the parade or enter the staging area. Riders must be in possession of health papers at all times.

Release forms will be available for participants as part of the 2027 application process.
