“Kids Gone Wild,” will open its doors at 11 a.m. February 2 in the Cattle Arena and the wonder will begin. The event is the destination for families looking for an opportunity to expose their children to the wonders of nature and let’s face it, Mom and Dad are a little bit “wowed” too.

This free event introduces youngsters to a wide-range of animals, from snakes to insects, and helps them gain an appreciation for how those animals contribute to their world. There are a number of hands-on activities, including crafts, digging in the dirt (who doesn’t want to do that!) and the highlight — fishing in the tank with Texas Junior Anglers.
